TYSON FURY wishes a happy anniversary to celebrate five years since his victory against Wladimir Klitschko.
Fury won the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and IBO titles when he unanimously defeated Klitschko, who was unbeaten for 11 years at the time, in November 2015 in Düsseldorf.
The two-time heavyweight world champion posted a video on his Instagram stories and shared a video reminding of his victory over the Ukrainian from the comfort of his sofa.
« And the old bald-headed gypsy king needed to go to Germany and hide well there.
Never miss an opportunity to stir the pot, added Fury, « I, Dad, said and ruin his life too, stand up there, you big Ukrainian dossier. «
After his fight with Klitschko, Fury struggled with depression and swelled to 150 kg before failing a drug test and freeing his belt.
He returned to the ring in 2018 before challenging Deontay Wilder for the WBC heavyweight title later that year.
After a tie in their first fight, the Gypsy King ended his comeback in February 2020 with a TKO from Wilder from the seventh round in their rematch to become WBC defending champion.
A potential trilogy fight with Wilder was scrapped last month after an argument between the couple and Fury was set to fight Agit Kabayel in December, though that fight was also canceled.
Fury is now expected to head for an undisputed clash with Anthony Joshua next year, suggested by Matchroom boss Eddie Hearn in May or June.
