A 28 year old Goodna man becomes the first person in all of Ipswich to break recent public health regulations.

It is believed that police located the man on Saturday afternoon in Leslie Park on Mills Street without a face mask.

Police reportedly provided him with a mask before being ordered to return home under the three-day Greater Brisbane lockdown.

A Queensland Police Department spokesman said the man has no exception to be public.
