Global consumer goods company Unilever will be using its New Zealand employees to test a four-day full-pay work week.
The study is open to all 81 employees and, if successful, could affect the 150 employees. Have 000 company employees all over the world.

The company said momentum picked up for a four-day week as part of the Covid-19 overturning standard labor practices.
It will train some employees in a new project management method that breaks the work down into short phases with frequent reassessments.
Bangs said Unilever will work with the University of Technology Business School in Sydney to measure the results of the study.
