Nepalese cricketer and Hobart Hurricanes spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has tested positive for coronavirus ahead of the upcoming tenth season of the Big Bash League (BBL).
The international Star T20 player confirmed on Saturday that he has COVID-19, but his health is improving a little as of now. He also said he would return to the field if all goes well.

Lamichhane, who plays for Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League (IPL), was hired by Hurricanes last week to complete his roster for the upcoming BBL.
